She graduated from Oregon State University in 2018 with a B.S. in Rangeland Ecology and Management and was involved in a variety of agriculture and leadership-related clubs and organizations.

Tyson Giza is an appraiser assistant with Powell Banz Valuation, LLC. He was born and raised in Salem and graduated from Willamette University in 2013 with a BA in Economics. He has been a member of the PBV team since May 2017 and assisted in a variety of commercial valuation assignments throughout the state of Oregon with experience across a broad spectrum of properties types including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, mixed use, special purpose (bowling alleys, aircraft hangars, cranberry bog, churches, schools, senior centers, etc.) and bare development land.

Kathleen Hendersen is a Certified General Appraiser with Powell Banz Valuation, LLC. She graduated from Willamette University summa cum laude in 2015 with a BA in Economics and a minor in Music. While at Willamette University, she conducted research on the pricing and allocation of university parking systems and studied statistical techniques including econometrics.

Kathleen has assisted in commercial valuation assignments throughout Oregon, including office, hospitality, mixed use, industrial, and vacant land properties.

London is a Certified General Appraiser and has been with PBV since 2010 and has worked on a number of complex valuation assignments in that time including retail, office, industrial, agricultural, and special use property types.

Shelly Montagne Senior Analyst, has been a staff member with Powell Banz Valuation, LLC since relocating from California to Oregon in 1997. She has a broad range of experience in a wide variety of property types, including development land, multifamily, medical & professional office, light industrial flex properties, shopping centers, free standing and in-line retail centers, restaurants, self-storage properties and residential subdivisions.

Daniel P Harms, MAI, is a Certified General Appraiser with Powell Banz Valuation, LLC. He is licensed in Oregon and has performed a wide range of commercial valuation assignments throughout the Northwest since joining the firm in 2006.

Spence has been an independent real estate consultant and appraiser since 1971. He graduated from the University of Oregon with a BBA majoring in Real Estate and Urban Economics.
