John Gillem
CERTIFIED GENERAL APPRAISER
John grew up in Prineville, Oregon. Upon high school graduation, he attended Pacific University and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. While at Pacific John also competed in both Cross Country and Track.
After college, John began his career with Powell Banz Valuation, LLC as an appraiser trainee. He moved to Salem in August 2012 and has been with the firm ever since. John obtained his General Appraiser Certification in April 2019. Outside the office, John enjoys working out and spending time with his wife Kate. John will be continuing his education of the appraisal discipline in the months and years to come.
