Kathleen Hendersen

CERTIFIED GENERAL APPRAISER

Kathleen Hendersen is a Certified General Appraiser with Powell Banz Valuation, LLC. She graduated from Willamette University summa cum laude in 2015 with a BA in Economics and a minor in Music. While at Willamette University, she conducted research on the pricing and allocation of university parking systems and studied statistical techniques including econometrics. Prior to joining the PBV team, Kathleen worked as the summer office manager of a model sailboat business and as a policy intern for an Oregon business association.

Kathleen has been employed with PBV since 2015 and has assisted in commercial valuation assignments throughout the state of Oregon, including office, hospitality, mixed use, industrial, and vacant land properties. She has also taught continuing education seminars on linear regression and data analysis techniques through the Oregon chapters of the Appraisal Institute and American Society of Farm Managers and Appraisers.

In her spare time, Kathleen enjoys adventuring in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, running, singing in an a capella quartet, and spending time with friends and family.
