Kathleen Hendersen


Kathleen Hendersen was born and raised in Salem, Oregon, where she graduated from Willamette University summa cum laude in 2015 with a degree in Economics and a minor in Music. While at Willamette, she conducted research on the pricing and allocation decisions on university parking systems and studied data analysis methods including econometrics and regression.

Since joining the PBV tem in 2015, Kathleen has assisted in commercial valuation assignments throughout Oregon, including office, hospitality, mixed use, industrial, and vacant land properties. She is currently pursuing the necessary education and experience requirements to become a State of Oregon Certified General Appraiser.

In her spare time, Kathleen enjoys adventuring in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, running, singing in an a capella quartet, and spending time with friends and family.
