London Fergus

CERTIFIED GENERAL APPRAISER 

London is a Certified General Appraiser and has been with PBV since 2010 and has worked on a number of complex valuation assignments in that time including retail, office, industrial, agricultural, and special use property types.

London grew up in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brevard College in Brevard, North Carolina in 2002, and shortly thereafter moved to the west coast. London practiced real estate in Salem for five years before returning to school to obtain a Master’s Degree in Adult Education. Following graduation in 2010, London began her career at Powell Banz Valuation, LLC as an administrative assistant.

She resides in Silverton with her husband and four children. Outside of the office, London enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities, and indulging in a good book.
